Shipping Information

 

Orders ship via USPS Priority Mail. We also offer 

First Class Mail for smaller items, such as jewelry. 

Most orders ship in 1-3 days from the date of purchase.

 

International orders are sent via either First Class

International or Priority Mail International.

 

All items ship from our California studio space.

Shipping notifications with tracking are sent by email.

We Stand Behind Our Products

At Ikavu, we are proud to stand behind the products

we make. We warranty against any defects in workmanship.

Our bags are made to be durable and practical. In the rare

incident that your item has a defect that's not due to normal

wear and tear, please contact us within 90 days of purchase.

 

 

Returns & Exchanges

 

We hope you will love your new goods from Ikavu! But in case

you don't, we offer returns and exchanges within two weeks of

purchase. Items must be in new, unused condition, as they

were received. We do not refund shipping charges.

Care Instructions

- Your woven Ikavu bag is supple, and can be folded and packed flat for storage and travel.

- We use natural materials including minimally processed vegetable tanned leather for many of our bags. The leather can be cleaned with a product like saddle soap.              

- We recommend spot cleaning your woven bag with a damp cloth or brush when necessary.

- Please be careful not to get your brightly colored sisal bag wet. When new, colors from the sisal fiber may transfer slightly.
